DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is regulated in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, between the seller whose information is provided below and the buyer who places an order electronically.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the buyer electronically through the website www.littleavelin.com.

3. Product Information

The product or products subject to the order;

Product name
Quantity
Sales price
Total amount including taxes

are included in the order summary created during the order and are an integral part of this agreement.

4. Payment

Payments are accepted only by credit card or debit card, through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure.

Cash on delivery or wire transfer/EFT options are not available.

5. Delivery

Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation and delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo.

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, force majeure, or busy periods.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without stating any reason.

For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be;

unused,
undamaged,
in a resalable condition,
and returned with its original packaging and all accessories, if any.

7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products within the scope of the applicable legislation:

Products personalized according to the buyer's requests,
Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened,
Used products or products that have lost their resalable quality.

8. Return

The price of the accepted returned products will be refunded to the buyer's payment card within the legal period.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the processing times of banks.

9. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
